One of our client is looking for an efficient Admin officer for their office at Mall Road.
Qualification: Minimum BA
Experience: Fresh/ 1-2 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the office.
- Manage data, compile information, and prepare reports soft and hard copies.
- Provides assistance in achieving goals and objectives for the growth of office.
- To guide workforce in administration procedures and documentation.
- Arrange meetings, phone calls, interviews, etc.
- To prepare bills payments
- Transportation arrangement for the employees.
- Monitor and keep the record of requisition from employees.
- Responsible for maintaining office premises, furniture, water and power supply etc.
- Maintain attendance and Leave Record of the employees.
- Manage the Petty Cash and record keeping
- Any additional tasks assigned by the management.
