· Work experience of 3 years or more

Skills and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing recruiting cycle i.e. sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation.

· Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, fluent speaker, command in English language

· Professional approach to evaluate candidate skills and abilities.

· Ability to work independently and with team to achieve goals.

· Maintaining relationship with existing candidates and clients and developing relationships with new ones via call, emails, social network,etc.

· Works with proper planning. Knows how to breakdown goals and objectives into daily, monthly and yearly basis.

· Building a positive environment to develop and maintain a compelling connection with candidates and clients.

· Performing marketing activities for recruitment (e.g. Job fairs, marketing material preparation etc.)
