Overview

One of our client is looking for an efficient Admin officer for their office at Mall Road.

Qualification: Minimum BA

Experience: Fresh/ 1-2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of the office.
  • Manage data, compile information, and prepare reports soft and hard copies.
  • Provides assistance in achieving goals and objectives for the growth of office.
  • To guide workforce in administration procedures and documentation.
  • Arrange meetings, phone calls, interviews, etc.
  • To prepare bills payments
  • Transportation arrangement for the employees.
  • Monitor and keep the record of requisition from employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining office premises, furniture, water and power supply etc.
  • Maintain attendance and Leave Record of the employees.
  • Manage the Petty Cash and record keeping
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the management.
